booking terms

a 20% deposit secures every appointment and comes off your final total. design sessions are paid in full ($50) and redeemed against your install.
28″ custom orders take a 50% deposit with a signed custom order authorisation before hair is ordered.
reschedules and cancellations are free with 48 hours notice, self-serve from your booking link. inside 48 hours your deposit is forfeited.
no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service.
all prices include hair, fitting and gst. the price you see is the price you pay.
running late? we’ll always do our best, but past 15 minutes we may need to shorten or rebook your service to protect the next guest’s chair.
